Property Management Services

At Andersen Property Management, we provide a variety of property management services for our clients, depending on their needs and the types of properties involved. Our services include:

• Maintaining accounts for payment of property expenses
• Making payments for the mortgage, taxes, insurance, utilities, and co-op, condominium, and HOA fees
• Collecting rent for investment properties
• Facilitating appraisals
• Reviewing lease agreements and other agreements relating to the property
• Serving as a liaison to ensure that needed repairs and maintenance are performed
• Providing other needed services on a case-by-case basis

We respect our clients’ time and resources and do everything in our power to conserve both.

Andersen Property Management LLC provides a wide range of services, with the explicit exception of real estate broker services to residential home purchasers. As such, please be advised that we do not require: (i) that a prospective buyer client show identification; (ii) exclusive buyer broker agreements; or (iii) pre-approval for a mortgage loan or proof of funds.
